Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026 · Final version published before launch

These terms cover this website and the Euriqa waitlist. The open-source code has its own licence, and Euriqa Cloud will get its own terms when it launches.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It doesn't guarantee access on a specific date. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails.

2. Open-source software

The Euriqa templates, agents, reporter and MCP server are released under the MIT licence. That licence, not these terms, governs how you use, modify and distribute the code.

3. Euriqa Cloud

Euriqa Cloud is not available yet. Features and pricing on this site describe what we plan to offer and may change before launch. Cloud terms will be published, and shared with the waitlist, before anyone is asked to pay.

4. Your data

Test history lives in the MongoDB you configure, and you stay responsible for it. You control access to it and back it up. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.

5. Agent output

Agents generate code, fixes and reports that can be wrong. By default every change arrives as a pull request so a person reviews it. You decide what gets merged and shipped.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as Euriqa gets closer to launch. If anything material changes, we'll post it here and email the waitlist.
